Getting started with Taloa

From sign-up to your first week of posts in about ten minutes.

1. 1

   Create your account

   Sign up free — no card needed. You'll land on your dashboard, where your week of posts appears each Monday.

2. 2

   Connect a social account

   Open Connections and connect at least one account (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, Threads or Google Business) with its official login. No developer accounts or API keys.

3. 3

   Set up your brand

   On the Brand page, set your tone of voice, favourite phrases, words to avoid and preferred calls to action. This is what makes every caption sound like you.

   Upload your photos

   Add photos and clips to your Content Library. Taloa analyses each one — subject, quality and Reel potential — so the right image is picked for every post.

5. 5

   Get your first week drafted

   Add the Weekly content automation on the Automations page, or press Run now for a batch straight away. Posts are drafted in your voice with photos attached.

6. 6

   Approve — or auto-post

   Drafts wait in your approval queue. Approve the week in one tap, or switch on auto-post and Taloa schedules and publishes for you.
