Terms & Conditions

Last updated 12 July 2026

This is a prototype template for the Stage One design and must be reviewed by a qualified legal adviser before launch. Feature presence does not equal legal compliance.

These terms govern your use of Taloa, a product of Empyr Agency. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Taloa helps you create, schedule and publish social media content. Availability of specific features depends on your plan and on third-party platforms (for example Meta), which we do not control.

Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your login credentials, for activity under your account, and for setting appropriate roles and permissions for anyone you invite.

Your content & rights

You retain ownership of the media and content you upload. You confirm you have the rights and permissions to use and publish it, including any music and any people featured.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you publish.

Our intellectual property

Taloa, its software, branding and content (excluding your content) belong to Empyr Agency. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and the terms of any connected platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach them.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Limits and entitlements are shown in-app. You can change or cancel your plan from Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Third-party platforms

Publishing depends on third-party APIs and policies (including Meta's). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms, and cannot guarantee their availability or behaviour.

Termination

You may stop using Taloa and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach, risk to the service, or non-payment. Your media stays available to export until the end of your billing period.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified and the date above will change. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
