How to request deletion of data associated with your connected Meta (Facebook / Instagram) accounts.
In-app
Go to Connections and disconnect the relevant Facebook Page or Instagram account, then use Settings → Data controls to delete the associated data. This removes stored tokens and connection data.
Data deletion callback
When you remove the app from your Facebook settings, Meta sends a data deletion request to our callback endpoint. We process it, delete the associated data, and return a confirmation code and status URL, as Meta requires.
Manual request
You can also email privacy@taloa.co.uk from your account email to request deletion. We respond within statutory timeframes.
