Cookie Policy

Last updated 12 July 2026

This is a prototype template for the Stage One design and must be reviewed by a qualified legal adviser before launch. Feature presence does not equal legal compliance.

This policy explains how Taloa uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies such as local storage. Together they let the service work, keep it secure, and — with your consent — help us understand usage.

Strictly necessary

Required for sign-in, session security, load balancing and core functionality. These are always on and cannot be switched off, as the service would not work without them.

Functional

Remember preferences such as your workspace and interface choices for a smoother experience. Set only where you've allowed non-essential cookies.

Analytics

Help us understand how the product is used so we can improve it. Set only with your consent, and used in an aggregated, privacy-respecting way.

Third-party cookies

Some providers we rely on may set their own cookies — for example Stripe, for secure payments and fraud prevention. They act under their own policies.

Managing cookies

Set your choices in the cookie banner and change them any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, though strictly-necessary cookies are needed for the service to function. We honour Global Privacy Control / "Do Not Track" signals where required.
