This is a prototype template for the Stage One design and must be reviewed by a qualified legal adviser before launch. Feature presence does not equal legal compliance.
To keep Taloa safe and compliant, you agree not to use it for the following.
Prohibited content
Illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive or infringing content, or content that breaches the rules of any connected platform.
Rights & consent
Do not publish media you don't have the rights to, or that features people (including customers, staff, children or the public) without appropriate permission.
Music
Only upload music you own or are licensed to use, and confirm your rights when prompted. Do not attempt to pass off unlicensed audio as cleared.
Platform integrity
Do not use the service to spam, mislead, or circumvent the terms, rate limits or policies of Instagram, Facebook or other connected platforms.
Enforcement
We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that breach this policy or a connected platform's rules — and report unlawful activity where the law requires.
