How does the weekly autopilot draft my first week?
Add the Weekly content automation (it's a template on the Automations page), connect at least one social account and upload a few photos. Every Monday it drafts the week's posts in your brand voice with your photos attached — or press Run now for a batch straight away. Drafts wait on your dashboard for one-tap approval unless you tick auto-post.
How do I connect my social accounts?
Go to Connections, click Connect and sign in with each platform's official login — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, Threads and Google Business Profile. There are no developer accounts or API keys to set up.
Can Taloa add trending Instagram or TikTok audio automatically?
No — no tool can legally attach commercial trending audio through the publishing APIs, and we won't pretend otherwise. Taloa advises which styles of sound are trending for your niche; you add the sound inside Instagram or TikTok.
How do approvals work for a team or client?
Drafted posts sit in the approval queue on the dashboard. Invite team members with the right roles and permissions — who can draft, who can approve, who can manage connections. Nothing publishes without approval unless auto-post is switched on.
Why did a post fail to publish, and what do I do?
Usually a platform rule (for example, TikTok and YouTube Shorts need a video) or an expired connection. Taloa validates posts against each platform's rules before publishing, alerts you if something fails, and shows the reason on the post so you can fix and retry.
